Limited launch

Tell us about your organization.

Manago is not yet accepting direct workspace creation. Every organization can still introduce itself: we review requests individually to understand where the platform can already provide practical support.

Registrations are not closed.

During this launch we select organizations for which we can provide guided setup, a genuinely usable experience and direct support.

  1. 1
    Introduce your organization

Share your context, activities and operational needs.

  2. 2
    Individual review

The Manago team checks the fit with the current launch priorities.

  3. 3
    Guided setup

If there is a good fit, we configure the workspace, roles and public channel together.

Evaluation request

Information that helps us understand your work

This is not automatic registration and submission does not guarantee admission. It gives us enough context to assess the request.

Your answers are transferred to WhatsApp only when you confirm. No tenant is created automatically.

The official Manago contact will open with your completed summary. You can review it before sending.

FAQ and Answers

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about Manago, from operational coordination to the automatic publication of services and the Event Companion.

What is a personalized Manago invite?

A Manago invite opens a proposal prepared for your organization: name, Manago address, recommended modules and the first landing preview. You can explore how the public space would look before connecting it to your administrator account and continuing setup.

Can our Public Area show and coordinate social channels?

Yes. The social syndication hub records approved public URLs for Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, Telegram, and YouTube, shows them on the published landing page with official channel badges, and prepares operator-opened publication intents. It does not store tokens or secrets and does not post through Graph/API providers until a future provider activation exists.

How does Mano Mago decide what it can answer?

Mano Mago is the magic of conversational assistance in Manago: a welcoming, practical concierge that communicates naturally, always context-aware and free of technical complexity. On the platform site, it explains Manago capabilities, collects the minimum onboarding details and, when it recognizes the organization name plus city or territory, prepares a prefilled tenant activation card that opens the access request with fields already filled; when the controlled runtime allows it, it can also start a real new-organization draft. On a tenant public website, it welcomes visitors, guiding them through events, timetables, food stands, parking, membership, and direct WhatsApp contacts (requiring the mano_mago_informational capability). In the authenticated dashboard, it transforms into an operational co-pilot for staff (mano_mago_operational capability) to create events, add map stands, set schedules, and inspect TSS transport requests according to authorized roles. The Features page also exposes the Manago Agent Pack: a tenant-scoped contract that can be copied into external agents without including API keys, together with Manago provider gate status for Vercel, Cloudflare Workers AI and Google Gemini. Every new feature stays aligned with this FAQ through the Living Truth protocol.

How do I configure and publish images or videos in my Public Area hero?

Open Public Area, go to Hero & Cover, and choose the slide media type. For an image, provide its URL; for a video, select the provider and enter the link, with an optional poster. Existing internal relative paths are supported too. Save the slide, then choose Publish changes: Manago waits for pending saves and publishes the current revision through the controlled publication boundary. The button accepts an internal path, an HTTPS link, tel: with a phone number, or mailto: with a single email address and no parameters. You can change the image without removing its contact link. Save Slide updates the draft; Real Preview shows the draft and Compare places it beside the published site. The live site changes only when you Publish Changes.
